Spice Fusion Makes the SE Region ARTA Cook Off July 2018

You may recall, we asked you to nominate us for the Asian Restaurant & Takeaway Awards earlier in the year. I'm pleased to tell you that we were one of 12 selected for the South East Region cook-off, having been shortlisted from 125 nominations! This being solely based on you, the customers, review.

Chef Abul and the team creat a dish we called Ayer on the Bay, a delicate fish dish presented on a glass bowl with decoration that represented the waters from which the fish originates.

We will find out at the Award Ceremony on 30 September how we have done. But in the meantime, please watch this video in which you will see Chef Abuls Ayer on the Bay... its the dish with all the glass!
